5,000+ Capri Sun Cases Recalled Over Possible Cleaning Solution Contamination
CNN reported that consumers should look for a June 25, 2023, “Best When Used By” date to determine if their pouches are part of the recall.

Thousands of Capri Sun Wild Cherry drinks have been recalled due to possible contamination with cleaning solution. According to Kraft Heinz, approx 5,760 cases — which is more than 230,000 individual juice pouches — are subject to the recall.
The food giant said in a statement that a cleaning solution, typically used on food processing equipment, was “inadvertently introduced into a production line at one of our factories.”
“The issue was discovered after we received several consumer complaints about the taste of the affected product. The Company is actively working with retail partners and distributors to remove potentially impacted product from circulation,” the statement continued.
