J&J COVID-19 Vaccines Are No Longer Available in the U.S.
Vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna will remain available and free as long as supplies last.

The COVID vaccine from Johnson & Johnson is no longer available in the U.S. after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ordered providers to throw out all remaining doses that expired last week.
CNN reports approx 19 million people in the country have received the J&J vaccine since it first became available. However, CNN compiled CDC data that show 12.5 million doses were left unused, after more than 31.5 million doses were distributed across the U.S.
The J&J vaccine was rolled out as the first one-dose vaccine option during the pandemic; however, it has since seen mounting criticism over its efficacy rate. And last year, it had its emergency use authorization limited after being linked to reports of dangerous blood clotting.
Despite the U.S. ending its COVID public health emergency, vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna will remain available and free as long as supplies last.
