Almost four years before Timothy Bliefnick was accused of killing his wife, he joked on the game show “Family Feud” that he made a mistake by marrying her.

On the show, host Steve Harvey asked Bliefnick to guess people's most common response to the question, “What’s the biggest mistake you made at your wedding?”

His response was, “Honey, I love you, but: said ‘I do?’”

After receiving a disappointed look from Harvey, Bliefnick followed up his response with, “Not my mistake. I love my wife. I'm gonna get in trouble for that, aren't I?”

The game show clip, filmed in 2019, has now resurfaced after 41-year-old Rebecca Bliefnick was found dead from gunshot wounds inside her home in Quincy, Illinois, on February 23. Timothy Bliefnick has since been charged with murder and breaking into her home. The two were going through a divorce and lived separately at the time of her death.

Her obituary reads, “Despite the circumstances of her death, she is remembered for the life she cherished—a life of compassion, generosity, faith, and fierce love for her family.”
