A mother of two is suing the Orange County, FL, public school district after allegedly being banned from her sons' school because of her OnlyFans account. Victoria Triece says that she came to the elementary school in October 2021 to help with a pumpkin-carving activity, only to be pulled aside by the principal and told she couldn't interact with children on campus.

Her lawsuit alleges that the decision was based on her OnlyFans account, where she posted explicit images. Triece also alleges that photos from her OnlyFans account were disseminated to school staff members and officials without her permission.

Triece says she had been volunteering at Sand Lake Elementary School since October 2016 and had passed the required background checks. Since that incident, though, she says she has only been allowed to volunteer virtually. The lawsuit is seeking to get Triece reinstated in the volunteer program, arguing that the district violated her privacy rights.

“I don't think any mom, any dad, anybody in the position that I'm in should be going through this,” Triece said to FOX 35. “Be told what you do in your private life will affect you seeing your children in any realm at all. It's just a, morally it's just wrong.”

Triece’s lawyer said in a statement, “Many other parents of children in Orange County Schools are also participants in OnlyFans as well as other adult-oriented professions, such as topless dancing, adult-themed acting, online sexting, among others.” They continued, “To paint Ms. Triece with the modern-day equivalent of a 'Scarlet Letter' has left Ms. Triece with no other option other than filing suit.”
