WATCH: Brandon Tsay Honored for Disarming Monterey Park Shooter

Brandon Tsay, the 26-year-old man who heroically disarmed the Monterey Park mass shooter at a dance studio in Alhambra, CA, on January 21, was honored by police and lawmakers at a ceremony on Sunday.

Tsay received a medal of courage from Alhambra police, as well as a certificate of congressional recognition from Democratic Rep. Judy Chu, who represents portions of Southern California in the U.S. House.
