WATCH: Storms Wash Out Highway in California’s Ventura County

Part of a major highway in Ventura County, CA, has been rendered undriveable after severe rainfall, floods, and mudslides took a gigantic “bite” out of one of its lanes this week. The highway, Route 33, runs for nearly 300 miles between California’s San Joaquin and Ventura Counties.
