Climate Change Could Mean More Tick Bites

Researchers at the University of California, Davis found that brown dog ticks carrying the deadly Rocky Mountain spotted fever are 2.5x more likely to feast on a human than a dog when temperatures rise.

Scientists are concerned that ticks, which can also carry Lyme disease, can become a greater threat to man as the climate crisis continues.
