You won’t find your usual cheeseburgers at this vegan beer hall.
Everything single thing on their menu is vegan friendly — even the beer. It’s one of America’s first vegan beer halls and will sell craft beer, wine, kombucha, and coffee. It will also have pub-themed food that’s 100% plant-based, like pizza, fried “fish,” impossible burger sliders, and “bacon-wrapped scallops” — basically all the same food you’d pair with beer — but vegan.
It’s called Rewild Plant Food and Drink. It will be located just outside of Boston in Quincy, MA. It will have 20 tap lines, featuring local brews. By day it will be a café, where you can grab a coffee and pastry, and at night, you can have a meal and enjoy a couple of beers.
The creators wanted to make plant-based dining more accessible, approachable, and fun. They also want to bring more vegan options to the Boston area.
Rewild plans to open sometime in the summer of 2018 — but we might be getting other beer halls soon. A vegan German beer garden is also set to open on the West Coast. So if you are vegan or a fan of plant-based foods, there will soon be more options than ever for dining and drinking.
