Emma Watson & Time's Up Open Hotline for Women to Report Sexual Harassment

Emma Watson helped launch a hotline for women to report sexual harassment.
In August 2019, Watson teamed up with TIME’S UP UK to establish a free legal advice line to report workplace harassment. Legal staff from Rights of Women will provide legal advice, along with volunteer women employment lawyers.
“Understanding what your rights are, how you can assert them, and the choices you have if you’ve experienced harassment, is such a vital part of creating safe workplaces for everyone, and this advice line is such a huge development in ensuring that all women are supported, wherever we work,” she said in a statement.
The hotline is available to women in England and Wales. It’s primarily funded by Watson and the TIME’S UP UK Justice and Equality Fund.
According to the Trades Union Congress in the UK, one in two women have been sexually harassed at work.
“It finally feels like people are realizing the scale of the problem,” Watson stated.
The legal advice hotline is 020 7490 0152.
