Trumps says Joe Biden “would go down fast and hard” in a fight in a tweet responding to his statement, “When a guy who ended up becoming our national leader said, ‘I can grab a woman anywhere and she likes it,’ They asked me if I’d like to debate this gentleman, and I said no. I said, ‘If we were in high school, I’d take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.’”
Trump then tweeted, “Crazy Joe Biden is trying to act like a tough guy. Actually, he is weak, both mentally and physically, and yet he threatens me for the second time, with physical assault. He doesn’t know me, but he would go down fast and hard, crying all the way. Don’t threaten people Joe!”
Trump told Biden to “stop threatening people,” but certainly has a history of threatening violence on the campaign trail. His attack on “crazy” Biden also came days after his wife Melania hosted a roundtable on preventing cyberbullying.
The first lady stated, “In my role as first lady, I receive many letters from children who have been bullied of feel threatened on social media. I’m well aware that people are skeptical of me discussing this topic. I have been criticized for my commitment to tackling this issue and I know that will continue, but it will not stop me from doing what I know is right.”
